My approach

I’m Julia Savoia- a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and a Meniere’s Disease sufferer. I was diagnosed at 20 and when looking for an effective treatment, I learned that the most helpful way to keep my symptoms in check was adjusting my diet and lifestyle. As a nutritionist, I assist my fellow Meniere’s Disease warriors by providing nutritional counseling, spreading awareness and sharing tips and knowledge.

Meniere’s Disease is a complex and debilitating disorder. Many sufferers are dismissed or given options that are either ineffective or have multiple side effects. Besides sodium reduction, nutrition is rarely mentioned in doctors’ offices. Adjusting my nutrition helped me get my life back, and I know many Meniere’s Disease sufferers who feel the same way. Discovering dietary triggers and changing food habits may not always be easy, but learning what your body needs and how to support it best will be incredibly empowering.
